Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality control.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings through various channels.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and background checks in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent for a variety of skilled trades and technical roles
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to articulate them to candidates
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
• Demonstrated success in reducing time-to-fill and improving candidate quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including report generation or system optimization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in a hiring context.
• Prior experience recruiting for skilled trades or unionized environments.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or specialized recruiting areas.
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages common within the local manufacturing workforce.
