Salary Range: $59,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Muskegon seeking Quoting Specialists who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to gather necessary information for quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and quoting tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the quoting function.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes and product information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculation and margin analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems relevant to quoting processes.
