Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent for technical and production roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including report generation and system optimization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and digital platforms for passive candidate engagement in technical fields.
• Prior experience in a high-volume recruiting environment for both skilled trades and professional roles.
• Certification in a recognized recruiting methodology (e.g., CIR, CDR).
