Salary Range: $75,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define supplier quality requirements and specifications.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in new product development to ensure supplier quality readiness and risk mitigation.
• Manage and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) through qualification and ongoing monitoring.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and industry-specific quality tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier collaboration and internal stakeholder engagement.
