Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking Six Sigma Black Belts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from initiation to closure, delivering significant financial and operational improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop and implement robust control plans to sustain process improvements and prevent recurrence of defects.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to analyze root causes of process variations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis techniques to validate improvement hypotheses and measure project impact.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Strong proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) and advanced analytical techniques.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
