Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage multiple complex Six Sigma projects from concept to completion, delivering significant financial impact.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools for various levels of the organization.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools to analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic improvement opportunities and align Six Sigma projects with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from a recognized certifying body.
• Proven track record of leading and completing 5+ complex Six Sigma projects with documented savings.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and project teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001), and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Master certification or extensive practical experience with Lean methodologies beyond Black Belt requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment implementing Industry 4.0 or advanced analytics solutions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simio) for process optimization and bottleneck analysis.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs for Green Belts and other continuous improvement practitioners.
