Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic equipment.
• Program and fine-tune robot paths and parameters for optimal performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to program, teach, and calibrate robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Strong understanding of PLC logic and HMI operation for robotic cell integration.
• Experience with various sensor technologies, vision systems, and end-of-arm tooling.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for troubleshooting integration.
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python) for data analysis or tool development.
• Knowledge of collaborative robot (cobot) programming and safety.
• Certifications in specific robotics platforms (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
