Salary Range: $39,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Setup Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical setup of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to meet production specifications.
• Document setup procedures, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interface
