Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robots.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Install, program, and configure new robotic cells and peripheral equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize robot performance and develop new applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and system modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder logic.
• Strong understanding of robotic programming languages and teach pendant operations.
• Experience with vision systems, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and other robotic peripherals.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for robotic guidance and inspection.
• Familiarity with various robot programming languages beyond teach pendant operation (e.g., C++, Python, ROS).
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for integrating robots with manufacturing lines.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems and interpret electrical schematics.
