Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Shop Foremans. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of parts, materials, and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and management on project planning and execution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including welding, machining, and fabrication
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, particularly in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing designs and blueprints
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to communicate with a diverse workforce
