Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including labeling and completing required documentation.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including proper storage and rotation of materials.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes.
• Operate shipping software and maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Proficient in using ERP systems and inventory management software
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-compliant)
• Proficiency in using barcode scanners and inventory management software
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
• Basic computer skills beyond data entry (e.g., Microsoft Excel for simple tracking)
