Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and log incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and package outgoing products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counting.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely material flow.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying quantities against shipping manifests.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in received or shipped goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Experience with inventory management software and scanning systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
• Forklift certification with experience operating various types of lift equipment.
• Proficiency in using barcode scanning systems and related software.
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling and shipping regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).
• Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.
