Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule shop personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards within the shop.
• Train and mentor shop employees, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production management to optimize processes and meet manufacturing goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to equipment and production.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• CAD software proficiency (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing designs
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling
• Forklift operator certification
