Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and diagnostic support for complex electrical failures and production line stoppages.
- Manage and execute electrical engineering projects, including new equipment installations, upgrades, and facility expansions.
- Ensure all electrical systems and installations comply with safety standards, codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Optimize existing electrical infrastructure and control systems to improve reliability, efficiency, and reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical documentation, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems and solve operational challenges.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) and instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of power distribution, motor control circuits, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NEC).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
- Familiarity with robotic systems and their integration.
- Knowledge of machine vision systems for quality control and automation.
- Experience with IIoT platforms and data analytics for operational efficiency.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
