Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and diagnostic support for complex electrical failures and production line stoppages.
• Manage and execute electrical engineering projects, including new equipment installations, upgrades, and facility expansions.
• Ensure all electrical systems and installations comply with safety standards, codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Optimize existing electrical infrastructure and control systems to improve reliability, efficiency, and reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical documentation, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems and solve operational challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, motor control circuits, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NEC).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Familiarity with robotic systems and their integration.
• Knowledge of machine vision systems for quality control and automation.
• Experience with IIoT platforms and data analytics for operational efficiency.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
