Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, welders, and machinists.

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Comprehensive understanding of quality control procedures, safety protocols, and material properties relevant to fabrication.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve fabrication challenges efficiently.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for design review and machine programming.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
