Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to gather market intelligence and incorporate into the demand plan.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and other demand drivers.
• Generate statistical forecasts using appropriate forecasting software and methodologies.
• Lead demand review meetings as a key input to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of forecast errors, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the demand planning process for new product introductions, promotions, and product discontinuations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills for data interpretation and forecast generation.
• Knowledge of demand planning methodologies, inventory management, and S&OP processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced forecasting and planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
