Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams.
• Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for significant deviations, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage statistical forecasting models and utilize demand planning software effectively.
• Contribute to inventory optimization by providing reliable demand signals to production and procurement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated understanding of forecasting methodologies and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to S&OP process improvement initiatives.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for advanced forecasting models.
