Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex calibrations on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Accurately document calibration results, generate certificates, and maintain comprehensive records.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment.
- Adhere strictly to industry standards (e.g., ISO 17025) and internal quality procedures.
- Manage and maintain calibration standards and reference equipment to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Schedule and coordinate calibration activities to minimize downtime and support production needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production and engineering teams regarding measurement accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Metrology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in calibration or instrumentation within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with various test and measurement equipment and calibration software.
- Strong understanding of calibration principles, standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and measurement uncertainty.
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for precise measurements and data analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with calibration management software (e.g., Beamex, IndySoft, Blue Mountain RAM)
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 accreditation requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on test equipment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
