Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in industrial machinery.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Document all service activities, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions accurately.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards during field operations.
• Manage service parts inventory and specialized tools required for field assignments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
• Proficiency in PLC programming or HMI development/troubleshooting
• Familiarity with industrial robotics or vision systems
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis methodologies
