Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of quality control standards, lean manufacturing principles, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to operate, set up, and troubleshoot a wide range of fabrication equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and train team members.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
