Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belt projects and teams.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute complex Six Sigma projects to drive significant improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and methodologies (e.g., DOE, SPC, Hypothesis Testing) to analyze data and solve complex manufacturing problems.
• Develop and implement robust control plans and standard operating procedures to sustain process improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and solution development.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Train and coach employees on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Present project status, findings, and recommendations to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• - Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• - Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• - Extensive experience in DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) methodologies.
• - Strong leadership and team facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and influence cross-functional teams.
• - Experience in identifying and mitigating manufacturing process risks and implementing robust control plans.
• - Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques such as Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and Fault Tree Analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• - Proficiency in statistical software packages beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python).
• - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a global manufacturing environment.
• - Certification or experience in advanced quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• - Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and their impact on manufacturing processes.
