Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire logistics process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and material handling operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and sales teams to align logistics activities with manufacturing schedules and demand forecasts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation optimization, and international shipping regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience implementing or optimizing warehouse automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, robotics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Multilingual, particularly in languages relevant to international suppliers or markets
