Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Lean manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen events.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate process waste.
- Implement standardized work procedures and visual management systems.
- Analyze production data to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver Lean training programs to foster a continuous improvement culture.
- Drive waste reduction efforts across all manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and report on key Lean performance indicators (KPIs).
Recommended Qualifications
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM).
- Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and relevant data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for training, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data analysis and process integration
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, or digital manufacturing initiatives
- Formal Lean Certification from a recognized body (e.g., Shingo Institute, SME)
