Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and minimize carrying costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Ensure strict compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs, and safety standards.
• Utilize logistics software and data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) and strong data analysis skills.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• International logistics and customs compliance experience
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems like SAP SCM or Oracle SCM
