Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with production planners and supervisors to manage workflow and schedules.
• Ensure quality standards are met through regular inspections and process adherence.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.

Recommended Qualifications
