Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Report on key production metrics, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team effectively.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for production tracking and data analysis
• Proven experience in training and developing team members
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Involvement in safety committees or leading safety initiatives
