Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations, including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Oversee administrative support for human resources, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for the office area, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage petty cash, supporting financial department operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance.
- Support manufacturing team with administrative tasks related to production documentation or logistics coordination.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience managing office operations within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability in budget tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping functions.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for administrative tasks
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (e.g., OSHA regulations)
- Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including shop floor personnel
- Basic understanding of facilities management and maintenance coordination
