Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a productive and motivated team.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop warehouse staff.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• - Certification in Forklift Operation and Safety Management
• - Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) software implementation and optimization
