Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire value stream from raw material to finished goods, holding full responsibility for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives by creating and implementing current and future state Value Stream Maps (VSM) to eliminate waste.
- Develop and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of employee engagement, problem-solving, and accountability.
- Manage daily operational performance through the use of visual controls, Gemba walks, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking.
- Ensure production planning and capacity utilization meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Own the value stream's P&L, managing budgets, and driving cost reduction and productivity projects.
- Act as the primary champion for the customer within the value stream, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and optimize value streams to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and operational metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

- - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- - Proven track record in implementing and optimizing ERP systems
- - Familiarity with advanced statistical process control (SPC) techniques
- - Demonstrated ability in workforce planning and succession management
- - Experience in supply chain risk assessment and mitigation strategies
