Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex PLC code and industrial control systems.

  • Perform commissioning and startup of new machinery and control systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for PLC programs and system configurations.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and integrating HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex automation systems.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with HMI/SCADA development and advanced graphics.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA).
  • Proficiency in integrating PLCs with databases (e.g., SQL) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) or robotic programming and integration.
