Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability and performance of critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and factory floor devices.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices to protect intellectual property and production systems.
• Lead IT projects focused on enhancing manufacturing efficiency, such as ERP integration, MES implementation, or IoT initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and problem resolution for all manufacturing and office personnel.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for manufacturing-specific software and hardware.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with manufacturing objectives and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, and services.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and related IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT implementations.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices, particularly within an operational technology (OT) environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop an IT technical team.
• Experience with IT vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or other industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience leading IT initiatives for factory automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
