Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC/HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
• Develop and optimize robotic automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system failures, minimizing production downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of existing automation equipment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics and user manuals.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and industry regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA system development.
• Experience with industrial robotics integration, programming, and maintenance (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automated manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 13849).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration.
• Proficiency in data historians (e.g., OSI PI) or industrial IoT platforms.
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) or advanced robotic path planning.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity best practices.
