Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and manufacturing personnel.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) implementation or optimization
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation principles
• Background in supply chain management or logistics within manufacturing
