Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission industrial robots and robotic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and execute repairs on robotic equipment.
• Program and optimize robot paths and logic for manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software faults in robotic cells.
• Monitor robot performance and implement adjustments to improve efficiency and uptime.
• Ensure all robotic operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of robot maintenance, repairs, and program revisions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to perform robot programming, teach points, and adjust parameters using teach pendants.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including motor controls, sensors, and power distribution.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of robotic systems and associated peripheral equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc iRVision)
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or C++ for advanced scripting or integration
• Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs or making minor modifications to robot cells
• Experience with industrial network configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)
