Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on robotic systems and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
- Conduct repairs and replace faulty components to restore robot functionality.
- Assist with the installation, setup, and calibration of new robotic systems and end-effectors.
- Optimize robot programming for improved cycle times, precision, and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities.
- Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in programming, teaching, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and using diagnostic tools.
- Experience with PLC programming and integration in automated manufacturing systems.
- Proven ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotic systems to minimize downtime.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with CAD software for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Certification or advanced training in a major robot brand (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
