Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process deviations, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless process integration.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or root cause analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS) and statistical analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process troubleshooting and improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Arena) or advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
• Familiarity with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant project leadership experience
