Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for improved efficiency, yield, and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain production quality and throughput.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or equipment as needed.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), and statistical process control (SPC).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred), and continuous improvement principles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, and process control systems (DCS/PLC).
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Basic understanding or experience with PLC programming and automation systems
