Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation equipment and control systems.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and integrate new technologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for control system failures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel and operators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Python scripting for data analysis or automation tasks.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data retrieval for reporting or system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS).
• Project management experience, particularly in leading automation or upgrade initiatives.
