Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for automated production lines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and control narratives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for control system failures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Proficient in industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Strong understanding of control loop tuning, PID control, and process instrumentation.
• Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and vision systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and implement effective solutions.
