Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Portage seeking Controls Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems and automation equipment.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new equipment and technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for control system failures.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
