Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate EHS records and prepare regulatory reports.
• Lead emergency response efforts and conduct drills.
• Collaborate with production teams to integrate safety into manufacturing processes.
• Research and interpret EHS regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related science/engineering field.
• 3-5 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct EHS training, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Experience with EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification
• Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems
• Proficiency in data analysis and EHS software platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver EHS training programs
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language for the manufacturing workforce
