Salary Range: $51,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor EDM machinery to produce precision components.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of EDM equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Load and unload workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and fixturing.
- Conduct quality checks on finished parts using various measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues with EDM machines.
- Document production data, including run times, material usage, and quality control.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience operating EDM machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Experience with CNC programming and machine setup
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with laser etching or marking equipment.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
- Basic understanding of CAD software for file manipulation.
- Ability to perform minor machine maintenance or troubleshooting.
