Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather insights.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of forecast error.
• Adjust forecasts based on new information, market changes, and inventory levels.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand plans and discuss assumptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and production teams.
