Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Montague that are seeking Demand Planners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Utilize statistical modeling and forecasting software to generate accurate predictions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and communicate potential demand risks and opportunities.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand plans and insights.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of statistical forecasting models and inventory management principles.
