Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather market intelligence and understand demand drivers.
• Monitor forecast performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Utilize statistical modeling and forecasting software to generate baseline forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP processes, presenting demand plans and highlighting key assumptions and risks.
• Manage and maintain forecasting systems and tools.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks related to demand fluctuations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
