Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate accurate predictions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on actual performance and market changes.
• Identify and mitigate potential demand risks and opportunities.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand forecasts and gain consensus.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud SCM)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with statistical modeling software (e.g., R, Python)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
