Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Rockford seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve production inefficiencies.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop robust systems for tracking and reporting progress.
• Facilitate value stream mapping and process optimization workshops.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a dedicated continuous improvement role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proven experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and operational excellence principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting complex data.
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process optimization.
