Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Manistee that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and problem-solving workshops.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and improve processes.
• Coach and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural change towards operational excellence.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on data analysis and business impact.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and delivering measurable results (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
