Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and tools to all levels of the organization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and problem-solving at all levels.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains within production processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic continuous improvement objectives and roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach employees in the application of continuous improvement techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with various CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and achieve measurable results through CI programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting improvement insights.
• Prior experience mentoring and coaching Green Belts and Black Belts.
