Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CMM programs for various manufactured components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and 3D models to create inspection routines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to define inspection requirements.
- Perform first article inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections using CMM.
- Generate comprehensive inspection reports and analyze measurement data.
- Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure measurement reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced probing techniques (e.g., scanning, freeform surfaces).
- Proficiency in a second CMM software or CAD platform.
- Ability to provide basic CMM operational training to others.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Understanding of GD&T beyond basic interpretation, including application and measurement implications.
