Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMM programs for various manufactured components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and 3D models to create inspection routines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to define inspection requirements.
• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections using CMM.
• Generate comprehensive inspection reports and analyze measurement data.
• Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure measurement reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced probing techniques (e.g., scanning, freeform surfaces).
• Proficiency in a second CMM software or CAD platform.
• Ability to provide basic CMM operational training to others.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Understanding of GD&T beyond basic interpretation, including application and measurement implications.
